Maintain hydraulic systems and mechanical equipment as a Journeyman Millwright at Weyerhaeuser’s Kenora TimberStrand Plant in Kenora, Ontario. Work permanent full-time in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, you will maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment supporting protected, reliable plant operations. The position requires a Mechanical Trades Qualification in an applicable discipline, analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solid computer skills. Experience with preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, and SAP work orders is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair hydraulic systems
- Repair mechanical equipment and perform preventive maintenance




- Use SAP for materials and work order management
- Complete basic welding and fabrication tasks
- Coordinate contractors and maintain safe work areas

Requirements:

- Mechanical Trades Qualification in an applicable discipline
- Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour days and nights
- Three to five years of industrial experience preferred
