As Associate, Climate, you will help implement Vancity’s Climate Action Plan while supporting climate business opportunities and member needs. Your work will combine research, coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication. You will report to the Director, Climate Strategy & Performance and grow independence within defined responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate climate business workplans, timelines, trackers, and follow-ups
- Research opportunities, member needs, policies, incentives, and sustainable finance practices
- Support pilots, partnerships, workshops, and working groups
- Prepare briefing notes, presentations, FAQs,



and member-facing summaries
- Translate technical climate information into accessible materials

Requirements:

- Experience supporting projects, research, business development, or program implementation
- Strong research, analytical, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent written communication for wide-ranging audiences
- Strong collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
- Sound judgment, initiative, and defined workstream management
