The ideal Dental Administrator for our team enjoys working collaboratively with others and behind the scenes to organize, implement systems and structure and ensure the practice runs efficiently.

East Village Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental practice located in the heart of downtown Calgary. We are committed to providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming, supportive environment while utilizing the latest technology to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

SCHEDULE:

- 35-40 hours per week
- Mondays 12-8, Tuesdays 10-6, Wednesdays and Thursdays 12-8, Fridays 9-4. Must be available for 1-2 Saturdays a month

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- 2+ years experience preferred
- Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix and MaxAssistis considered an asset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
