Key Responsibilities:

- Design building components while integrating architectural requirements
- Create construction drawings from evaluated engineering requirements
- Perform calculations, code research, and building systems research
- Conduct site surveys and document construction conditions
- Review shop drawings against codes and quality controls

Requirements:

- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit MEP
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems and building types
- Familiarity with architectural concepts and building codes
- Related post-secondary education completed
- Seven to ten years of project work experience
