As the Teen Street Europe Event Director, your primary responsibility will be the successful and Sustainable delivery of Teen Street Europe.Requirements Your Responsibilities:Provide strategic leadership and development of the Europe event to ensure it remains relevant, innovative, impactful, and effective in advancing our vision.Lead, mentor, and develop the staff members under your supervision.Recruit the necessary staff and volunteers and ensure the financial sustainability of the Europe eventRepresent Teen Street Europe within OM and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and partnersFacilitate vision development and strengthen connections within the wider Teen Street communityMaintan strong partnerships with the international Teen Street network to ensure the Europe event meets established standards and contributes to the development of Teen Street InternationalBuild connections with other events and mobilization initiativesCollaborate with the mobilization teams of OM countries to create synergies and advance shared objectivesYour Profile:A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong identification with the values and vision of OM GermanyA passion for teenagers and for the least reached, along with personal experience engaging with both groupsProven experience leading diverse teams and managing projectsStrong intercultural and interdenominational experience and understandingExcellent communication, organizational, networking,



and relationship-building skillsStrong English language skills, both written and spoken.
