SE Health is hiring Personal Support Workers for its Home Hemodialysis Program. You will provide dialysis-related care in a client’s home or long-term care home. Registered Nurses provide patient-specific training and delegate activities, while your scope remains limited to dialysis-related care. The program supports renal care within communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify dialysis machine equipment before treatment begins
• Monitor dialysis treatment according to the care plan
• Respond to alarms and emergencies using hospital procedures
• Document assessments,
  
  
  
  changes, incidents, and treatment records
• Provide post-dialysis care and disinfect equipment

Requirements:

• Personal Support Worker certificate
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Vehicle, valid G2 or G license, and travel ability
• Proficient computer and technology skills
• Availability for three to five shifts, including weekends
