As an Early Learning Family Educator, you will promote child development and effective parenting through culturally sensitive programs. The position requires knowledge of inclusive practices, adult education principles, and community services. You will also provide information, referrals, and access to resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan inclusive parent and caregiver programs
- Promote positive interactions and healthy child development
- Set up secure, stimulating playrooms
- Support children with special needs
- Facilitate family referrals and community resource access

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education degree, diploma, or equivalent
- At least three years working with families and children
- College of Early Childhood Educators membership
- Strong communication, listening, and partnership skills
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and vehicle access
