Omni-Channel Stockist specialists at Fendi coordinate fulfillment, digital orders, and retail support while managing packaging and inventory accuracy.

This position supports store management, the Fendi network, and customer experience across retail and digital channels. You will process orders, consignments, returns, and shipping activities while supporting virtual selling. The role also serves as a technical resource for HERO, HEAVEN, and Client Compass.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and prioritize pending orders for fulfillment within 24 hours
- Process Curbside Pickup, SFS, and BOPIS activities
- Prepare, package, wrap, and deliver merchandise for shipping
- Support consignments, charge sends, and virtual appointments
- Reduce fulfillment errors and improve return resolution speed

Requirements:

- Two to four years of retail or customer experience
- Luxury experience, stock control, or selling experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills
- Microsoft Office, POS, inventory management, and digital literacy
- Adaptable availability and ability to lift up to 25 pounds
