Requirements:

- Mutual Funds accreditation through IFIC or CSC
- Two years’ licensed mutual funds sales experience within three years
- Completed CSI mutual fund branch management exam, or write within four months
- Three years’ people management experience
- Entrepreneurial business acquisition mindset and digital channel ability
