Licensed Practical Nurses deliver person-centered care at AgeCare Arbutus Care Centre in Vancouver, using clinical assessment and medication-management skills daily.

Reporting to the Director of Care, this full time position provides goal-directed nursing care within provincial standards. You will support residents through assessments, care plans, documentation, treatments, and transitions. The work involves interdisciplinary coordination, resident education, delegation, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments within policies
- Coordinate care with physicians and service providers
- Respond to condition changes and medical emergencies

Requirements:

- Current provincial Licensed Practical Nurse registration
- Experience in senior or long-term care preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Current Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
