This full time role requires expertise in operational management, community networking, and supervisory experience.Dixon Hall is seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Engagement Supervisor for their Shelter and Respite Services. As a full-time supervisor, you will oversee operational activities while establishing relationships with city officials, community leaders, and residents.



You will also support projects related to Housing Services and collaborate with teams to meet program goals.Key Responsibilities:Plan and monitor operational activities of assigned portfolioBuild and maintain effective relationships with community stakeholdersParticipate in community planning initiatives for housing servicesManage property issues and supervise financial responsibilitiesAct as a resource for conflict resolution and policy developmentRequirements:BSW or related degree/diploma or equivalent experience3+ years of experience working with homelessness issues3+ years of supervisory experience in a Unionized environmentStrong interpersonal skills and experience in crisis interventionSatisfactory Vulnerable Sector Police Records CheckBecome a pivotal leader in community relations and support vital housing programs at Dixon Hall.
