Role & Responsibilities

You will join our newly formed team of Travel Consultants in Montréal, supporting our North American clients and events. On a day-to-day basis you will:

- Gather the Air & Train travel needs of event participants
- Book individual and group tickets (Air and Train)




- Manage individual travelers’ requests: customized routes, booking options, changes and cancellations
- Contribute to the development of in-house processes, tools and functionalities, with a strong focus on automating repetitive tasks (AI-powered workflows, booking automation)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance and Product teams
- Recruit, onboard and train new joiners as the team grows

Candidate profile

You are the ideal candidate if:

- You hold a valid Canadian work permit (mandatory)
- You are fluent in French; English and any other language are a big plus
- You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team
- You are very well organized and pay attention to detail
- You are curious about AI and automation tools and keen to use them in your daily work
