The Simcoe County District School Board seeks an ASL-English Interpreter for educational support. You will provide interpreting and translating services in classrooms, lectures, field trips, assemblies, and elective programs. The position requires communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team-oriented skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide ASL interpretation in educational and social settings
- Interpret classroom lectures, field trips, assemblies, and elective programs
- Review and maintain educational curriculum materials
- Collaborate with interpreters, teachers, students,



and staff
- Perform related duties assigned by the Principal

Requirements:

- Honours Bachelor degree or diploma in ASL-English Interpretation
- Minimum six months of related work experience
- Fluency in ASL and spoken and written English
- Recent ASLPI level 4 rating or higher, if required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
