This Area Sales Manager promotes the LightForce system to orthodontic business owners. You will support trials, full integration, and business growth through AI-driven treatment planning and patient-specific brackets. The work combines territory planning, analytics, clinical training, and customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate LightForce solutions through consultative sales conversations
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Plan territory activity across current and existing accounts
- Deliver clinical training virtually and in person

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- At least three years of outside B2B sales experience
- Medical device, dental, orthodontic, or relevant industry experience
- Comfort discussing clinical topics with orthodontists
- Valid driver’s license, travel ability, and English-French fluency
