Analyze commercial real estate financing applications in Calgary with financial analysis, credit documentation, and construction finance expertise. This is a full-time opportunity.

As an Analyst II, you will support First National’s commercial mortgage portfolio. You will analyze property financial information, review third-party reports, and assess applications against CMHC, investor, insurer, and internal policies. The work covers commercial real estate, construction, and conventional financing requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and financial statements
- Review appraisals, environmental reports, and engineering reports
- Prepare loan summaries, financial analysis, and credit documents
- Coordinate with funders, investors, legal teams,



and consultants
- Monitor construction draws, budgets, fees, and loan conditions

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or MBA in finance or real estate
- Minimum two years’ commercial real estate experience
- Knowledge of applicable real estate lending regulations
- Financial analysis experience with balance sheets and income statements
- Advanced Word and Excel skills with strong attention to detail
