As a Capture Device Operations Engineer, you will own technical readiness for devices supporting robotics and embodied AI data capture. You will diagnose cameras, peripherals, storage, networking, and transfers using logs, measurements, and physical tests. The work connects operators, partners, and engineering teams through transparent guidance, reproducible evidence, and verified fixes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own device issues through diagnosis, repair, recovery, and verification
- Troubleshoot cameras, peripherals, Linux software, storage, and networking
- Prepare devices through configuration, updates, recording checks,



and inspection
- Support operators and reproduce defects with engineering teams
- Write scripts and procedures for faster troubleshooting

Requirements:

- Three to four years troubleshooting hardware-software devices
- Practical Linux command-line, logs, services, filesystems, and networking skills
- Python or shell scripting for diagnostics and automation
- Ability to isolate faults through repeatable testing
- Experience validating devices after repairs or updates
