Schaeffler Aerospace Canada Inc. is seeking a Grinding Setup Operator for a full time role in Ontario. You will set up and operate CNC grinding and, when required, CNC lathe processes in a Large Cell, following standard work and inspection policies.

Ideal candidates hold a Grade 12 diploma and a General Machinist Trade certificate or Red Seal, with demonstrated grinding setup experience. Starting wages are competitive, with benefits, pension matching, and opportunities for advancement.
