Provide resident care as a Personal Support Worker with AgeCare, using care plans, bedside care techniques, and careful observation. Support a protected environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

This Personal Support Worker position supports AgeCare residents according to established care plans. You will monitor care, identify and report resident needs, document directed information, and follow Infection Prevention and Control policies. The work also includes participating in education and supporting new staff onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide care according to established resident care plans
- Observe residents and report findings to the immediate supervisor
- Document resident care information as directed




- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Follow IPAC policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Graduate of a Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program
- Meet Ministry of Training vocational standards
- Meet National Association of Career Colleges standards
- Know simple treatments and related bedside care techniques
- Understand sanitation and geriatric resident needs
