The HR Pro in Edmonton is seeking a Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist & Administrator to manage mortgage files from conditional approval through to funding. This role blends administration with mortgage operations, requiring meticulous document tracking, deadlines, and transparent communication with lenders, lawyers, and partners.

You will prepare signing packages, upload documents to Finmo, update Blu and other systems, and assist with compliance tasks.
