Serve Canadian farm and small business owners as a Seasonal Tax Services Associate with FBC, using guided software and in-field visits. Work locally from January through April or May.

FBC has supported farm and small business owners for more than 70 years. You’ll visit about 200 assigned Members, collect documents, and prepare T1 returns from start to finish. Paid training teaches the software and visit process, while complex returns go to Tax Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit assigned Members in person throughout tax season
- Collect and photograph tax documents using a mobile device
- Prepare T1 returns with FBC’s guided software
- Flag complex returns for Tax Advisors
- Introduce practical bookkeeping, payroll, insurance, or wealth services

Requirements:

- People-focused approach with strong trust-building skills
- Comfort visiting homes and rural farm offices
- Tablet or laptop confidence; tax experience unnecessary
- Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and current registration
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
