Support recent home sales with customer service and showhome tours at StreetSide across Calgary and surrounding communities. This is a full-time position.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Assistant supports customers throughout the home buying and building processes. You will provide product information, qualify purchasers, coordinate appointments, and maintain welcoming showhomes. The role also includes administrative work using Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and NewStar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers as the first point of contact
- Provide tours, product information, and purchase-process guidance
- Answer calls and emails while booking appointments
- Track customer information and assist with financing
- Coordinate building updates, changes, and walkthroughs

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle access
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and accounting software
