The Palliser School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for Complexity Teams serving Kindergarten to Grade 6 students. You will collaborate with classroom teachers to address academic, behavioural, English as an Additional Language, and social-emotional challenges. The assignment supports student success through safety, communication, and individualized planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure student, personal, and community safety
- Collaborate with K-6 classroom teachers on student challenges
- Collect data demonstrating student progress
- Contribute to Individual Program Plan development




- Communicate relevant information with learning team members

Requirements:

- Recognized certificate in child care, development, or healthcare
- Successful practicum experience with children needing complex medical support
- Equivalent related education and experience may be considered
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR certificates
- Child CPR certification is a strong asset
