Provide personal care and support independence as a Health Care Aide with WRHA Community Health Services in Winnipeg. This is an in-person role.

The Health Care Aide supports clients with activities of daily living under general supervision. Assignments may include clients’ homes, assisted or supportive living, health care centers, and hospitals. The work requires secure care, effective communication, critical thinking, and organized workload management. Shifts include days, evenings, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with activities of daily living
- Provide direct care within established standards and procedures
- Support independence and changing client needs
- Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload

Requirements:

- Minimum Grade 10 education under Manitoba standards
- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Safe personal care respecting comfort, privacy, and dignity
- Basic Microsoft Word and Outlook skills
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
