Manufacturing quality supervision demands root cause analysis and SPC expertise. This position oversees product quality, corrective measures, and plant performance analysis.

The Quality Supervisor works in a manufacturing setting, managing quality activities across production operations. The position investigates customer complaints, analyzes defective material, and supports the SQF food safety and quality system. It also coordinates HACCP participation and quality training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform root cause analysis on defective material
- Investigate complaints and issue formal customer responses
- Publish monthly quality, waste, and severity cost reports
- Monitor product quality and communicate deficiencies
- Coordinate and serve on the HACCP team

Requirements:

- Technical Diploma in a related field
- Two years’ related manufacturing experience
- Previous supervisory experience is a definite asset
- Experience analyzing data through SPC
- Knowledge of quality work instructions and testing procedures
