Keep Geotab facilities safe, functional, and ready through hands-on maintenance, minor repairs, and practical problem-solving. This fully on-site role includes travel between offices.

As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will support daily upkeep across Geotab locations in Oakville, Waterloo, Toronto, and other offices. The work combines building maintenance, Jira request tracking, vendor coordination, and communication with internal stakeholders. You will also support preventive and emergency maintenance while working independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform interior and exterior facility upkeep across assigned locations
- Complete minor repairs to building systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Coordinate vendors and property management for facility services




- Track facility requests and updates through Jira to resolution
- Respond to urgent issues during and outside business hours

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- One to three years in facilities or building maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safe operating practices
- Robust organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license for office travel
