This Channel Sales Support position supports Sales and Marketing activities across external partners, customers, and internal teams. You will answer inquiries, process orders, coordinate updates, and provide customer support. The work includes sales data analysis, lead follow-up, CRM support, and sales-team backup during travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop relationships with channel partners across different time zones
- Provide training, pricing, and positioning support
- Process quotations, orders, proposals, and customer updates
- Track customer, pipeline, prospect, and CRM activities
- Coordinate tickets, RMAs, returns, and technical escalations

Requirements:

- University degree
- One or more years of technology sales experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and ERP
- Ability to work independently without close supervision
