Building maintenance expertise supports Campus Living Centres facilities through preventative care, repairs, inspections, and contractor support. This role requires practical repair skills and physical readiness.

The Maintenance Services Representative keeps the entire building secure and in good working order. Duties combine daily equipment checks, scheduled maintenance, repair requisitions, detailed records, and support for outside contractors. The position also covers janitorial tasks and on-call availability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily building, equipment, utility, and fire safety checks
- Replace filters, belts, lights, fixtures, and basic plumbing components
- Repair drywall and maintain painting and vinyl wall coverings
- Complete janitorial tasks,



including garbage collection and spill cleanup
- Support outside contractors and document maintenance and inspection work

Requirements:

- High school diploma; recognized college diploma preferred
- Minimum one year industry experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of commercial electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Competence with general physical plant repairs and hand tools
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work on call
