Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads all store operations and develops Team Members. This role combines operational leadership, analytical skills, strategic planning, and a people-centric approach. - Attract, hire, train, develop, and retain Team Members
- Create annual and quarterly strategies for business growth
- Track revenue, conversion, loyalty, labour, and other KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge and presentation standards
- Build community outreach and strengthen Saje’s culture
