You’ll bring together planning, design, procurement, budgeting and construction to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to high-quality standards.Working with senior leaders, consultants, contractors and site teams, you’ll drive collaboration,



solve challenges and keep every project moving toward successful completion.Experience what it means to be part of our family and build a career you’re proud of.About The Role Lead project delivery from pre-construction through completion and turnover, ensuring projects meet approved scope, budget, schedule, quality and design objectives.Manage project budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, commitments, contracts, purchase orders, change orders and cost reporting.Develop and monitor project schedules, critical-path activities, procurement timelines and construction milestones, taking action to address delays and keep projects on track.Coordinate design and consultants, working with architects, engineers and other stakeholders to resolve design, constructability and coordination issues.Lead tendering and procurement activities, including RFPs, scopes of work and the evaluation of contractors, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers.Manage General Contractor and trade relationships, monitoring construction progress, quality, documentation and contractual requirements while maintaining robust collaboration across the project team.Oversee contracts and change management, including RFIs, site instructions,
