In this role, you will work directly with children, implementing individualized behavioral intervention plans under supervision. Your energetic approach will help foster positive growth, support patient care, and contribute to meaningful progress in each child's development.ResponsibilitiesImplement behavioral therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs, following established protocols and supervision guidelinesCollect and document data on client behaviors, progress, and treatment outcomes accurately and consistentlySupport children during therapy sessions by engaging them in activities that promote social, emotional, and behavioral developmentCollaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.Collaborate with team members, families, and caregivers to ensure cohesive support strategies and share progress updatesMaintain a safe and supportive setting during all therapy sessions,
