Capital Commercial seeks a Marketing Specialist to support various departments and maintain efficient day-to-day marketing operations. The position involves collaboration with the marketing manager, sales teams, and administrative staff. Success requires organization, resourcefulness, communication, and careful prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the marketing manager and various sales teams
- Create brochures, sale packages, advertisements, and research reports
- Manage and update the company website
- Create and distribute email campaigns




- Assist with client and company event planning

Requirements:

- Post-secondary marketing or communications diploma or degree
- Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook and Excel
- Microsoft 365 experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
