Turn advanced Excel and SQL analysis into trusted business visibility for Brand Momentum and RBH in a hybrid or on-site Mississauga workplace.

As Client Insights & Business Analyst, you will integrate multiple data sources, monitor field performance, and translate complex information into clear actions. You will support BMI and RBH stakeholders across sales, execution, productivity, inventory, distribution, and geographic coverage. The role combines recurring reporting ownership with proactive performance management and commercial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integrate, clean, reconcile, and consolidate approved business data sources
- Build dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reporting views
- Monitor representative, store, territory, retailer, and geographic performance
- Identify risks, opportunities,



gaps, and unusual performance patterns
- Present findings and track agreed actions through completion

Requirements:

- Three to five years of relevant analytics or reporting experience
- Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
- Advanced Excel, including Power Query, lookups, and pivot tables
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and data reconciliation
- Excellent client, stakeholder, written, verbal, and presentation skills
