Tridon Communications seeks an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a 12-month contract with potential permanent full time transition. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role supports managers, employees, and leaders across a diverse portfolio. Responsibilities span recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policies, reporting, and HR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment from postings through employment offers
- Provide daily HR guidance to managers and employees
- Support onboarding, engagement, retention, and exit interviews




- Administer performance management processes and reviews
- Prepare HR reports and support process improvement projects

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum five years of HR generalist experience
- Experience supporting recruitment, relations, onboarding, and performance management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Strong communication, organization, confidentiality, and analytical skills
