As Assistant Store Manager, you partner with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and operational excellence. You will recruit, onboard, and develop talent while upholding Coach Service standards. The position also supports virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales forecasting, planning, and category initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and adjust store strategies

- Resolve customer issues and represent Coach locally
