Trane Technologies Laval is seeking a Technician Supervisor to lead field HVAC technicians who repair, retrofit and replace systems. You will supervise, coach and provide technical guidance, ensuring safety and quality on job sites.

The role requires bilingual communication (French and English), five years HVAC experience, and a valid refrigeration licence. Travel and overtime may be needed; flexibility and robust organization are essential.
