The Human Resources Officer, Staffing supports teaching, education worker, and administrative staffing processes. You will coordinate postings, screening, interviews, assessments, offers, staffing changes, leaves, and workforce reporting. The position provides guidance to principals, managers, employees, and unions while maintaining confidential data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate staffing competitions, postings, screening, assessments, and employment offers

- Maintain rosters, seniority lists, documents, reports, and process guides

Requirements:

- Two-year Human Resource Management diploma or related qualification
- Minimum one year in a progressive human resources environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office, HRIS, and reporting tool skills
- Robust confidentiality, organization, communication, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of collective agreements and employment legislation
