Having doubled in size over the past two years, we are preparing to expand with an opportunity to grow our commercial business through relationships with contractors, property managers and other business clients.About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will divide their focus approximately equally between leading our sales team and developing new commercial B2 B opportunities. You will coach and support our project consultants, strengthen accountability and improve sales performance, while personally building a pipeline of business clients and referral partners, winning new accounts and developing repeat business.This is a player-coach role for a commercial sales leader who enjoys developing people and building a territory.



You will combine proactive prospecting with a consultative approach, learning how clients plan and award painting work and building relationships that lead to ongoing opportunities. You will bring structure and commercial discipline to a growing business while contributing to a supportive culture where ideas are welcomed.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach and develop the project consultant team through regular one-on-one meetings, sales coaching and individual business development plans, strengthening their ability to identify, pursue and grow commercial accounts.Set clear expectations and review weekly KPIs, including prospecting activity, qualified opportunities, conversion rates and revenue performance.
