Represent Arc’teryx on the retail floor through technical product knowledge and authentic guest service. This is a part-time role with specified weekend and weekday availability.

As a Product Guide, you deliver brand experiences, recommend products, and solve guest needs through informed conversations. You build product understanding, support store initiatives, and represent Arc’teryx in stores and communities. The position includes transactions, inventory, communications, and collaboration with store leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Share technical product knowledge and solve guest needs
- Recommend products based on guest interests and needs
- Champion Arc’teryx in-store and within the community
- Process purchases, returns, warranties, and Used Gear transactions
- Receive and unpack inventory boxes weighing five to thirty pounds

Requirements:

- Passion for exceptional customer service
- Self-motivation and enjoyment of problem solving
- Flexibility and adaptability when facing ambiguity
- Availability for two of three weekend days
- One opening and one closing weekday shift available
