Licensed Practical Nurses deliver resident-focused care at AgeCare Miller Crossing in Edmonton, using clinical knowledge, documentation, and medication expertise.

This regular part-time position reports to the Director of Care and supports goal-directed nursing care. You will work within an interdisciplinary team while coordinating care plans, communicating with families, and responding to changing resident conditions. Provincial standards, organizational policies, and legislation guide your practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct resident assessments and maintain accurate care documentation
- Implement, evaluate, and adjust resident care plans
- Provide nursing care, medications, and treatments safely
- Coordinate care with physicians, teams,



and service providers
- Respond to condition changes and medical emergencies

Requirements:

- Current provincial registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Senior or long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Solid clinical knowledge and care coordination skills
- Electronic documentation and Microsoft Office proficiency
