Black & McDonald’s Energy & Sustainability Services Team seeks an analytical, organized qualified. You will assess facilities, break down building systems, develop asset data, and present solutions for internal and external clients. Training covers BCA methodology, energy analysis, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct or coordinate facilities condition inspections
- Develop site-specific condition and asset management data
- Maintain quality assurance on existing data models
- Generate current, forecast, and scenario-based reports




- Advise on capital planning and energy efficiency improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, sustainability management, or architecture
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Experience in building science and construction practices
- Knowledge of ISO 55000, ASTM E2018-24, and ASHRAE Standards
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally
