Operate snowplows and heavy equipment with Ledcor Highways Ltd. across Ontario. Maintain local highways through winter conditions, shift work, and on-call schedules.

This winter seasonal operator position runs from October 1 through April 30. You will maintain Ontario Provincial Highways while supporting labourer duties, including repairs, cleaning, and hazard remediation. The work requires a valid AZ or DZ license with air endorsement, physical capability, and outdoor readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snowplows and wheel loaders as required
- Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways throughout winter operations
- Assist with pothole and guardrail repairs
- Clean bridges and highway signage
- Remediate hazards while working outdoors

Requirements:

- Valid AZ or DZ driver's license with air endorsement
- Three-year commercial driver's abstract
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to bend, kneel, and crouch
- Snowplow truck or wheel loader experience preferred
