Pacific Coast Children’s Resources seeks a Residence Coordinator for children’s services. You will guide staff, implement SHSS Service Plans, coordinate household needs, and maintain structured, culturally safe environments. The schedule includes administrative in office work Thursday through Sunday and frontline duties Monday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide frontline staff delivering SHSS Service Plans
- Monitor routines, schedules, and care environments
- Coach, mentor, and supervise frontline staff
- Manage schedules, shift coverage, and 24/7 support
- Oversee documentation, safety, inventory, and petty cash

Requirements:

- Relevant degree or diploma in human or social services
- Three years of related experience, including supervisory experience
- Trauma-informed and culturally safe care knowledge
- Valid first aid and CPR certification
- Unrestricted Class 5 driver’s licence; Class 4 when required
