As Retail Lead, you will support sales and profit targets while inspiring consumer loyalty and living adidas Brand Values. You will coordinate resources, product replenishment, visual standards, and loss prevention across your area. The role also includes coaching associates, handling complex service situations, and supporting store operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, you will assume manager on duty responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Replenish products from stockroom to sales floor

Requirements:

- High school diploma or general education degree
- At least 12 months of retail experience
- Advanced selling experience and product knowledge
- Proficiency with computers, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Must be 18 years or older
