This Event Operations Manager oversees technicians, equipment, services, and workflow for client events. The position emphasizes performance management, inventory control, customer satisfaction, and team development. It reports to an Operations Director or Director, Event Technology at higher-revenue locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily technician workflow and floor activities
- Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, delegation, and staff performance
- Ensure equipment and services meet client specifications
- Review billing and identify potential operational challenges
- Maintain inventory, equipment safety, security, and quality

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four-plus years audio-visual and hospitality experience
- Two-plus years supervisory experience or Encore ADOP completion
- Working knowledge of live-show audio-visual equipment
- Microsoft Office, Internet, computer hardware, and software proficiency
