Western Veterinary Specialist & Emergency Centre seeks a Veterinary Reception and Client Care professional. The work includes email correspondence, outbound calls, invoicing, payments, and reception housekeeping. You will also learn veterinary services and updated medical office procedures while assisting veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create welcoming experiences for patients and pet parents
• Manage emails from clients, veterinarians, and office teams
• Book visits, schedule follow-ups, and make outbound calls

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or hospitality front desk experience is an asset
