As a senior individual contributor, you will perform rental coordinator duties while guiding consistent daily operations. You will manage contracts, invoicing, logistics, equipment readiness, and customer escalations. The role supports used equipment activities, inspections, returns, repairs, warranties, and process improvement without direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily rental and used equipment operations
- Coordinate contracts, invoicing, logistics, inspections, and returns
- Maintain fleet availability and accurate DBS/SAP data




- Guide Rental Coordinators through shared best practices
- Resolve complex customer, process, and asset issues

Requirements:

- College diploma in administration, sales, or technical studies
- Equipment rental, material handling, or used equipment experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency and ERP learning ability
- Knowledge of maintenance, warranties, repairs, and fleet management
