Get Set UK delivers employment, skills and education services, helping young people move into work across community locations. The Employment Advisor role is mobile and community-based, requiring travel between sites and a valid driving licence.
You will support 18-24-year-olds with CVs, applications and interview preparation, building confidence and addressing practical barriers to employment. You'll manage a caseload, track outcomes, and work with local employers to identify vacancies.
