As a Business Analyst, Innovation, you will work with MNP leaders and service line teams. The Innovation & Insights team evaluates, prioritizes, designs, and executes new products and services. Your work will translate business problems into requirements, user stories, process maps, and business cases while improving client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business problems into clear requirements and user stories
- Identify innovation opportunities with business and service line leaders
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions
- Analyze current processes and design future-state solutions
- Coordinate prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and experimentation efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience
- Three to five years’ progressive related experience
