Coordinate asset management across NAPA Corporate Stores, using inventory control and auditing skills throughout the assigned Ontario territory. Travel is required up to 70%.

UAP’s Store Operations team needs an Asset Management Coordinator supporting stores across the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara, Cambridge, and Kitchener. The position focuses on operational excellence, inventory accuracy, compliance with company standards, and asset management programs. You will work with Regional Management and coach Store Managers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct operational and asset management audits across assigned stores
- Monitor inventory, cash handling, returns, and company compliance
- Train and coach teams on asset management programs
- Support inventories, investigate discrepancies,



and follow corrective actions
- Assess Health & Safety compliance and investigate asset concerns

Requirements:

- Three or more years in retail operations, inventory control, or accounting
- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; TAMS experience is an asset
- Excellent communication skills and independent work ability
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 70%
