Deliver patient-centered physiotherapy across Orillia and Barrie with Lifemark, using personalized care plans, mobility expertise, and collaborative practice. This schedule offers 28 hours weekly.

As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you will help individuals improve mobility and reach health goals. You will develop evidence-informed rehabilitation plans, educate patients and families, and coordinate care with multidisciplinary professionals. Modern tools, therapy assistants, and kinesiologists support your clinical workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop personalized, evidence-informed rehabilitation and wellness care plans
- Coordinate patient-centered care with multidisciplinary team members
- Educate patients and families about recovery and prevention




- Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists
- Use e-charting and digital communication tools

Requirements:

- Active provincial regulatory college license in positive standing
- Professional liability insurance as required
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and patient-first mindset
- One to two-plus years of outpatient LTC experience preferred
- Valid Vulnerable Sector check and Tuberculin clearance
